Logistics So you'll know what to expect when placing your order with Primrose Floral and Event Design, here is how the service works:   Individual Orders: Each floral design is unique and constructed to customer specifications.  Because of this, timing and pricing will vary based on availability and cost of materials, container, size, and complexity of design. Design parameters will be discussed in detail and documented at placement of order(s). In most cases orders are taken over the telephone, with invoices sent via e-mail and payment processed by credit card using the secure interface on this website.  Timing: To enable us to provide the best service and outcome possible, please place your individual orders at least two days prior to the date by which you require delivery. Five days notice, or more, is helpful.  For weddings and larger events at least one month's notice is requested.  (In many instances last minute orders can be accommodated, but a bit of lead time makes the process easier!)  Deliveries: Local delivery is available for all designs for a flat fee or they can be picked up at a pre-arranged location within Lexington. •    Within Lexington: $5.00 •    Outside Lexington: $10.00 Primrose Floral and Event Design delivers to the greater Lexington area including Arlington, Bedford, Belmont, Burlington, Waltham, Woburn and Winchester.Deliveries may also be made to extended areas within the 128 belt and Boston by special request, at additional cost.
Pricing: Costs will be calculated in accordance with standard, fair market floral industry pricing guidelines. Minimum individual order cost is $45.00, exclusive of tax and delivery.  Tax: Massachusetts state sales tax of 5% will apply to all floral purchases.  Payment: Primrose Floral and Event Design welcomes payment by cash, check or credit card via the interface on the website.
